I've called the Bitterroot home for the past 4 years, and it's truly a dream come true. As a fly fishing guide on the beautiful Bitterroot River, I get to spend my days on the water in my raft, helping others experience the magic of one of the best fisheries around. My love for the river runs deep, and when I’m not guiding clients, you can bet I’m out there fishing myself several times a week.
What I enjoy most about guiding is the opportunity to share not only world-class fishing but also the incredible beauty of this place with others. There's nothing quite like watching someone catch their first fish, or simply soaking in the river’s tranquility. It’s the perfect job for anyone who loves the outdoors.
September is my favorite time of year—nothing beats the excitement of Mayflies and Hoppers filling the air. And when it’s time to refuel, I’m all about Lolo Steakhouse, the best spot in the valley to grab a bite after a great day on the river.
